How I got started with the Cookbooks

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease and my food life had to change. I learned to cook food a different way but still make the food taste great. In 2017 I published my first cookbook Gluten and Gluten Free Cooking in Perfect Harmony. In July 2018 my second cookbook Gluten and Gluten Free Cooking in Perfect Harmony Take 2 was published. There are 70 recipes in both cookbooks that include breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, potpourri and alcoholic beverages. All the recipes are written gluten free, traditionally or how to make both at the same time. It’s perfect for people with and without food allergies. Just a healthier way of eating. These cookbooks were created to help others who do have food allergies to have an easier food journey.  

How I got started with The Bella Series

The Bella series books were created to send a positive message to children so they feel good about themselves. The books are Bella From the Farm and Bella Goes to the Spa. The books are about a fun, loving Labrador named Bella who encounters difficult situations but finds a positive solution.
